Performed Precision AC Tune Up on the First Floor and Second Floor System. Replaced the High Efficiency 413 Filter for the First Floor and the 213 Filter for the Second Floor System. Cleaned Drain Lines, Condensation Pump, and EZ Traps on Systems. Inspected Electrical Components on the Furnaces and Outdoor Units. Measured Refrigerant Charge on both Units and took Supply and Return Air Temperature Readings. Both systems are operating to standards at this time.
