Completed tankless water heater service: Cleaned inlet water screen Inspected heat exchanger. Wiring and components Cleaned flame sensor and inspected ignition assembly. Descaled heat exchanger heat exchanger. Combustion and draft tests: Completed AC tune up for 2 Zones (EWC zoning; Honeywell bypass damper) 16x25x1 filter was caked in drywall dust. Total external static pressure was 1.34” with this filter. With clean filter static is ok. Replace filters often during construction especially drywall work. Measured temperature split and static pressure Inspected condition of both the indoor outdoor coils Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components. Left previous estimates for surge protection devices. Inspected drain. Left estimate for EZ trap which will shut down system if a blockage occurs in main AC drain.
