Customer called in needing shower valve looked at. Customer manage to isolate shower, but shower is running non stop. Cartridge needs to be replaced. In case cartridge replacement doesn’t work, we would need to replace shower valve. Provided both options for customer. If customer chooses to go with repairing shower valve, we would need to order part and will take a few days to arrive. Customer is aware of timeline and will reach out back to us if they proceed with repairs.
