Went for a maintenance call today for heat for two systems. All electrical components are passing for manufacture specifications for both systems. Did a combustion test is within range. Inspected heat exchanger no cracks/leaks were detected for both systems. Temp split and is passing for specifications on both furnaces. Did notice blower wheel on main floor has a lot of dust built up on the blower wheel. As well water panel needed to be replaced customer approved. Did replace filters for customer. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch hose for both systems. Both systems are up and running before departure. Thank you for choosing LBA services-Johann
