Returned to install new 50 gallon water heater, PRV, toilet, and rebuild tank to bowl bolts. Started by removing and hauling away old water heater. Installed new 50 gallon water heater along with expansion tank. Set expansion tank to 75psi. Installed new PRV and set it to 75psi. Checked for leaks and no leaks detected. Removed and hauled away master bathroom toilet. Installed ADA Round Bowl Toto toilet. Installed new wax ring, supply line, and stool bolts. Rebuild tank to bowl gaskets in hallway bathroom. Checked for leaks and no leaks detected. 2 year warranty on toilet install, tank to bowl rebuild, PRV, & labor of water heater install. 6 year tank and parts warranty on 50 gallon water heater.
