Performed plumbing maintenance inspection for customer. Tub spout in upstairs shower doesn’t engage fully and lets water through when in shower mode. Water pressure at 90psi. Expansion tank is full of water and has failed. Educated customer on high water pressure & the importance of expansion tank for plumbing system. Customer will discuss options with spouse.
