Checked blower for cleanliness and to see if there is any play in the bearings. Furnace fan is heavily coated in debris and bearings are loose. Checked systems heat exchanger to ensure proper venting of flue gas. Found large hotspots from the system operating beyond its heating range. Verified operation of the humidifier. Humidifier panel needs replaced. Spoke with homeowner about the system. With homeowners approval collected for the membership and replaced the humidifier panel. Set up for a duct cleaning and blower cleaning with fan motor (new motor comes with a new capacitor) replacement for tomorrow morning. Furnace and humidifier are operational at this
