I applied for energy assistance like past years. I always expect communication from Tevis because I have an indoor tank. Instead of applying my ohep funds as a credit on my account, a delivery was made without my request or permission. This did not allow me to service my tank as I had planned when it would empty. I also feel it is unsafe to make a delivery to an indoor tank without the knowledge of the property or home owner. What if my tank was not connected? I was told this was policy when I called with my concerns and complaint. Even though the emergency season had ended for ohep and I was not consulted or informed of the delivery, no apology was made by Tevis because I applied for ohep. Additionally the delivery fee was not waived for a delivery I did not authorize. I am mad and will change providers
