We are happy with the service in general. The billing is a mess. We get duplicate bills in email, and then we get them by snail mail. Last June our auto payment didn't happen and when I called to straighten it out, I was told that you don't do autopayment in June. Really? Why do you need to send bills for people who do autopayment? Can't you just send an email that payment was received? Why do Tevis and Modern Comfort not communicate with each other when it's billing time?
