Having been a customer for over 15 years , I’ve never run close to being out of oil until this Christmas. Given the extremely cold temperatures and the fact that I was going to be out of town for several days, I checked my oil tank in the basement. The yellow float was going into the empty area. I recognize that your employees had time off for Christmas but I was treated rudely when I called for a delivery. A delivery was made in October and then early in November, just a couple of weeke apart. This apparently triggered someone to decide that by the 26th of December I didn’t need an oil delivery.. the few people I spoke with said I should have plenty of oil. Since it took at least 221 gallons for a 275 gallon tank, I would wonder why they would change from the monthly delivery I usually got. I am still burnt up over this so I won’t be able to comment fairly over anything else.
