Overall acceptible. Not at all happy with huge cost of energy jump for past season even with high price paid for controlled pricing. Last spring water heater service\tune-up not completed satifactory resulting in emergency call for service. Bolt holing down head of module was not reattached resulting in burner running extreemly rich creating much soot and black smoke. Had been happening for a few weeks before noticed heavy black smoke from chimmey. Very expencive waisted waisted heating oil.
