We were used to more frequent deliveries and now it seems we get very low before our delivery—so low that we call to check whether it’s coming! Maybe just the way Millers operated and we have to get used to the new way, but it’s disconcerting. Maybe the company is too big and we need someone more local. We have to think about that at reconciliation time.
