for two years now, my budget plan renewal has been messed up. last year I heard nothing and had to call and get it started again. this year, after advising I was not making any more budgets payments because I had a credit, I get a bill showing budget past due- so I called and explained, then I get a letter sayjng you need to pay up. So another call and hopefully I will see new budget info in a few weeks.
