I've used Stover/Tevis for many years for heating oil deliveries. A few years back, I began using them for oil burner/air conditioning service as well. I am pleased with the service overall, both on the customer service end when calling and when a service tech comes to the house. There were some hiccups with billing a year or so ago when some transitioning was happening on the company's end of things that were inconvenient and required several phone calls to sort out, but since then things are fine. Additionally, I'm often uncertain whether I should call to schedule the annual burner tune-up, or if Stover/Tevis calls. One year they called me, this year I had to call. A minor thing, but now I know. Thank you.
