I called your service for oil delivery to specifically let you know when to deliver. We live on the end of a private lane which is over 1/4 mile long and uphill. The reason I give a specific day is because in the winter we want to make sure the road is safe for your drivers. I had to call the second time because the oil truck was sent 4 days before I asked for you to deliver and the road was too icy to trust . I watch weather and our road condition before I order the oil as a favor to your drivers. I would appreciate that your dispatcher(s) check the comments and relay them to your drivers. I did get the oil on the day I specified after my second call and the delivery person was the one who normally delivers to us. The one on Friday was not and not familiar with the road. Luckily he turned around at the bottom and didn’t attempt it. My problem is not with your delivery people. It is with the person who dispatches them and doesn’t tell them (or doesn’t bother to look at a note) what was requested.
