We have been with Penn Mar Oil, Waynesboro, PA, since we moved into our home 42yrs ago. They were the only ones that would allow us to do the budget plan in the area since we did not have a usage history to help them determine how much to charge us per month. As a young family it was very difficult to come up with the money for a fill up. Since then, they have been very efficient in making sure our oil take does not run dry and if we have any problems with the furnace they are quick and efficient with repairs.
