Not satisfied with aerating and seeding and will not use your company for that particular process again. It took 3 attempts due to weather, but on the 3rd attempt, I was not home. We struggle to see any evidence of germination at all. For two years, your service reviews indicated bare spots and problems and suggested this service. To date, we see maybe a few tiny very small growth areas. None of the bare areas have improved and it is doubtful that will change. I have begun to question exactly what was done and if it was done correctly. The first guy who didn't perform due to wet grass wasn't even sure of the property line. The second guy also did not perform due to wet weather, but wasn't able to arrive until well after 5 p.m. which was not acceptable. I am pretty sure that the 3rd attempt was also wet and I was surprised that it was performed at all. Unfortunately, he rang the door bell, but I was not home. I question exactly what he did and if it was performed correctly. We see no evidence of the work, no evidence of any improvement, and therefore, remain unsatisfied with the aerating and seeding. Also, I would be curious as to the amount of time actually spent on my property that day. Normally, your company speeds through, but with this, I was hoping for a result so that our money was not wasted.
