I did not notice anything unusual besides some thin areas, weeds, and pet damage. I did notice some brown tips on your grass which is an indicator to recommend that your lawn mower blades need to be sharpened or replaced. Cleaner cuts allow for the grass to develop stronger roots and a deeper green hue. I did also notice some brown/orange spots which represents red thread disease. This is a fungus disease that is generally cosmetic damage and should go away naturally as the weather is a consistent 77-85 degrees & alongside our fertilizer mixture. I made sure to reach along the boundary line and to avoid your landscaping as well.
