Hello, my name is William today I came to your property in upon inspection. The lawn is still suffering from red thread disease and now I noticed some brown patch disease. This is more than likely caused by Joel mower blades, which is indicated on the tips of the grass with a shredding brown discoloration patter, giving a white tint to the surface of the lawn. When that happens the lawn becomes week or more susceptible to the disease that is present on the lawn and lawn feeding insects. I strongly recommend having the person that cuts your lawn, sharpen the blades on the mower to help counteract this problem. For the diseases that are present in the lawn, it is starting to mutate and grow further. You need a fungicide application to eradicate this disease, and bring back the natural health and good color to the lawn, otherwise the diseases would continue to grow and spread further into the lawn.
