The communication with the staff at Vern’s Plumbing was awesome. They kept me informed about the arrival time of the tech, Chris. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He gave me an estimate and was able to make the repair on the spot. It was a little pricey but worth it!

Shower homeowner how to properly change out her UV bulb on Viqua UV light system, new light is working as it should at this time with no issues. Also wrote estimate to replace the rear yard hydrant, existing hydrant is severely outdated. Emailed copy of invoice and estimate to homeowners email.
Rinnai tankless is running very 4 minutes because it’s maintaining the water temperature in the recirculation line. Called Rinnai to confirm that the recirculating pump will cycle every 4 minutes in comfort mode and every 10 minutes in economy mode. Went ahead and adjusted the pump to economy so they won’t hear it run as often. New heater is operating as it should with no issues. Emailed copy of todays invoice to homeowners email.
Chris had removed and reinstalled a dual valve under the kitchen sink that was leaking. Cut it out coupling and added a bit more pipe and tied back in the dual valve
Finished tankless install
Install REP199ip non condensing tankless water heater with comfort tee system, this install with be a direct swap out of the existing unit. We will be eliminating the temp boards in the kitchen/bathroom because the new unit has a built in screen to set the water temp for the unit. Install will include new service valves for the new heater and all new venting connections. Verns plumbing has a standard 1 year warranty on all parts and labor. Removed the existing tankless heater just to find out that the old venting will not fit on the new heater. This issue could’ve been avoided if our Rinnai tech wasn’t complete idiot. Tried to track down the correct fitting we needed so we could complete the work today, but no one has it in stock at this time. It should be arriving from Ferguson this Thursday or Friday. We will contact the homeowner as soon we receive the part so we can return to finish the install.
Control board on existing 19 year Rinnai tankless water heater is burnt up and needs to be replaced. Spoke with the homeowner about a repair option but she would like it replaced due to the age of the unit. Wrote up estimate to install Rinnai REP199ip non condensing tankless water heater with comfort tee system. Previous plumber bid them up for a Rinnai condensing unit. I can’t see how they are going to install that unit without redoing the venting on the roof and the homeowner does not want to mess with the venting on the roof. They only unit that we can back with without touching the roof is the REP199ip non condensing unit. Emailed copy of invoice and estimates to homeowners email.
Free estimate to replace shower drain.
Customer is having issues with their well system that is outdated. To get them up and running again I left them.an estomate to replace the entire system to get it working properly. Pump is struggling to get volume at the moment and the tank has failed and it is causing issues to the pump
Customer had no water at all unless they went down and messed with the switch and that would only last around 5 min. Replaced the 30-50 switch and they now have running water. Emailed invoice to owner
Existing 8” woodford hose bib busted in the wall. Installed new woodford 8” hose bib, install new mounting hardware and sealed behind the new bib to prevent any cold air coming in and freezing the bib. Also spoke with homeowner about how important it is to winterize all bibs in the home and how she should NOT leave a garden hose hooked up to it during the winter. New bib is working as it should at this time with no issues. Sent copy of todays invoice to homeowners email. **Verns plumbing has a standard 1 year warranty on parts/labor**
