Made adjustments to the 2” flapper assembly chain When this toilet was flushed the chain would catch at an odd angle and not allow the flapper to seat Trimmed extra chain and reseated flapper Adjusted chain height and tested toilet by flushing 2-3 times Customer mentioned the toilet was constantly filling, this had happened due to the flapper, any water trying to fill the tank was redirected to the bowl
Snake the drain for the ac unit and took out chisel out of the drain and run water from the back of the house with the garden hose line is open show to the owner everything job is complete
