Cleared 3 comp sink with k50 cable machine within 6 cables Unsure of exact blockage as I did not pull anything back other than a few small pieces of steel wool Used sinks to test drain and ensure no further issues found within the drain line for this sink at the time Customer mentioned the right side men’s urinal was clogged and leaking at the assembly Replaced Sloan cap that was allowing water to leak from the top side of the valve, down the wall and to the floor below Restored water to this urinal after replacing the cap and found the urinal was clogged and not flushing Pulled urinal from wall and attempted to snake work k50 machine Could not see any physical debris plugging the urinal or the drain line Cleared buildup from flange and ran appx 50 feet or 4 cables through the 2” urinal drain line At the time the drain runs to the left from the right, if the line itself were clogged this urinal to the left would not be draining Ran cable machine a few more times and reinstal
Customer needs a price emailed over to replace the shower cartridge in his upstairs bathroom for his American standard shower valve. a923360 is the code on the cartridge
Installed 50 gallon natural gas water heater with new pan, expansion tank, high water alarm, isolation valve and 4 year warranty extension. Heater now has a 10 year warranty from the manufacture. Drain pan is ran to the floor drain located right behind the heater. Installed new main water valve, pressure reducing valve and rear hose bib. All items are working as they should at this time with no issues. Emailed copy of invoice to homeowners email.
Existing 15 year water heater has ruptured at the top of the tank, heater needs to be replaced asap. Water pressure in the home is currently sitting at 70 psi, this was not the cause of the issue. Rear hose bib has ruptured inside the wall and started to leak back inside the home. Bib needs to be replaced asap. Will return 05/14/25 between 8-10am to complete proposed work. New heater will be a GSX-50-BRT-400 with a 10 year warranty. Emailed copy of invoice id to homeowners email.
Arrived at the house and spoke to Erick and he show us the sewer pipe that is Crack and the hot side water line couple of fittings need to be replaced going to send two quote
Today we removed the old Bradford white tankless that was in the house and replaced it with a customer supplied rinnai. Tied kn the fresh air and exhaust pipes and reran the water pipes. Got it in service with a recirculate pump. Tested and checked for leaks and everything is working as intended
Customer wants his tankless Bradford switch out to a rinnai. Customer would like us here at 2pm Monday afternoon

Gave pricing for the installation of a new section of PVC in the downstairs powder bathroom, the existing exposed line is back to back hubs, this means we will need to remove the existing trap 90 and use a hub saver in order to remove sections of PvC from the hub of the coupling, to stub out a new section of PVC in order to repipe and trap out this drain Additional pricing made available in case of any failure using the hub saver, also made pricing available for the installation of a customer supplied pedestal sink, customer noticed the sink was cracked before the technician arrived, still looked around the existing vanity to ensure no issues to he found during the installation of the new pedestal Customer was just collecting estimates for the time being, will give us a call or accept/decline email proposal

Found the Toto toilet in the basement is no flushing properly due to the handle assembly, pulling the chain by hand allows the toilet to flush with proper pressure, however the toilet handle is only allowing the flapper half the throw it needs, Attempted to secure the chain tighter to correct the throw however not much has changed, customer asked about another sound within the toilet they were hearing after it was flushed, was unable to recreate the sound at he time However replacing this handle will correct the issue with the toilet, Shop number (540)-439-6544 Nathan (540)-325-3525
