Nathen is a good Technician and takes pride in his work. He is very courteous to the customer if you have a question he will answer it with no problem. I would recommend him to family and friends to take care of there plumbing needs.

The technician was on time, he explained what he would do, the terms of the work, how long it would take him. He was polite, and put on the shoe protectors when he entered the house. He did his work in the time that he said he would. When he finished he wiped up under the sink and turned it on and I could hear the water going swiftly out the drain. I was very pleased with his work and his manner.

Carlos was prompt and courteous. He replaced my outside faucet and sealed up the area around the faucet enough so rain wouldn’t get in again which is what likely caused the pipe to freeze and weaken. He was able to remove the stuck hose from the faucet. I’m very pleased.

Cleared kitchen sink blockage with k50 sewer machine, sink is now draining as it should with no issues. Retrieved tons on grease on my cables once I pulled them back. Wrote estimate to install 1054 IMP water right water softener and ultra violet light. Don’t know if the ultra violet is 100% needed for this system. Put the p trap in the double sink in the master bedroom run water to see any leak and no leaks found also show to the owner job is is complete
Customer was having pressure issues with the well pump not giving enough pressure. Pulled the pump and found that the pump was cracked and was why it wasn't able to hold pressure and was constantly running. The pump by the time we arrived was only holding 30 psi. Replaced the pump the wire and the water line leading down the well. Also replaced the pressure tank and added a brass ball valve at the other side of the tank and removed the old dead head valve before the tank. Took apart filter and retighted the filter
Gave customer estaimte on the installation of a new shower valve in the hall bathroom, this is a customer supplied Allen and Roth shower valve, due to the limited space within the wall/closet area there is a possibility the shower valve will not fit properly within the wall Mentioned to customer alteration to the wall inside of the closet could be made to make this fit should it be necessary However at the time with the closet being full the technician cannot access the panels Emailed estimate and talked over quote with the homeowner
