Replacing the hose bibb and moving the ball valve to make it more accessible.
Took pictures and information about the hose bidd outside and he want to move the ball valve so he can see and turn off in the winter 1/2 Cooper
Dug down appx 12 inches around clean out cap and removed existing cap that the female adt was cracked and broken Installed a new 4” PVC clean out and cap and reburied around surrounding area We shall replace cracked cleanout with new.

Attempted to find source of a water leak within the home, started in the bottom floor with the meter that’s exposed in the basement. Meter was showing no movement on the dial, opened faucet downstairs to test meter to ensure windings were spinning, meter was showing movement with the faucet on and stopped when the faucet was closed Joy mentioned Fairfax water was out and used the listening device on the main line and couldn’t hear or find any source of a water issue, could not find any wet spots in the yard Checked both front and rear hosebibs to ensure neither were turned on Visually inspected upstairs and downstairs toilets for any signs of an issue with the flapper or flush valve assembly Could not find any direct source of a water leak at the time, looked inside distribution boxes for the sprinkler systems and found some water/wet spots inside of the boxes, Joy mentioned the company who handles the sprinklers were coming out in November to look over the system and shut it down f
Installed new T&S brass spout in downstairs utility sink, Looked at upstairs toilet chain to find the handle was loose which was causing the chain to get stuck, also noticed the hook was starting to open which could cause this chain to come loose from the toilet, tightened handle further and adjusted chain, used pliers to lock hook in place. Also secured existing toilet seat assembly

Installation of new tank to bowl kit, flapper, flush valve, and fill valve in upstairs master bathroom Attempted to replace goose neck nozzle in utility sink faucet however the faucet connections did not line up properly, spoke with Matt about finding a replacement and would be in touch with the customer as soon as it arrives
Customer has 3 vanities and a kitchen sink that just got new countertops and needed them piped in and have the faucets added to them. None of the traps line up with the new sinks. There are no supply lines for them either. Left estimates for the customer
Turn off the valve for the water heater and flush out twice fill it back and flush water in the mop sink area and the sink next to the washer machine wait into get at temperature
Replaced hosebib for frost free hosebib and added additional wall supports
