Emailed estaimte for the installation of a new yard hydrant Hydrant includes cost to trace lines from wellhead and dig to install a tee Also emailed estaimte to relocate the existing water softener to the adjacent closet to the utility room And another estaimte to replace the well holding tank and tee kit, which also includes relocation with the softener relocation

Installed new tub shower valve. Existing valve was leaking at cartridge. New cartridge would not fit in existing valve. Reinstalled existing trim and tested work. Tim will be caulking around trim once they are done using water in that tub.
Removed debris from balancing spool causing issue with hot and cold Customer is going to order another warranty cartridge through kohler and let us know when it arrives to be installed Labor charge for diagnosis/evaluation Customer has a Roman tub faucet that’s become loose on the bracket under the tile, mentioned we can remove the tile however it would be best to have the tile removed by a professional tile guy, who could remove and reinstall existing tile plus potentially add an access for future repairs Will call us when the tile is open
Tested water. Currently the water hardness is 8 grains per gallon, pH of 5.5 which is acidic and an iron content of 4. Total dissolved solids of 140. Water filtration unit that is quoted will take care of everything, increase pH so it is no longer acidic, reduce hardness to zero and remove all iron.
Installation of a new 3 phase 230 volt 10 gallon per minute 1.5 HP well pump with new 10-3 well wire and 1 inch pipe. - 09/16/2024 Technician arrived and installed new 20 inch 5 micron filter cartridge. Existing cartridge was installed for 2+ years and was heavily compacted with debris. Went around house and cleaned aerrators within faucets while running water. Water is visibly clear and much better from last Sat. Will return Monday of next week to replace 2 aerrators and test water for filtration estimate.
Customer had an old busted shower head. Replaced the old shower head for her. Offered inspectiong but she denined. As of now shower head is installed and tested. No issues
