Remove hosebib and crack odd nut to install female adt for further hose changes Removed hosebib by cutting pex ring and adding new female adt for future hosebib changes
Gave customer estimate for the installation of a new frost free hosebib on the rear of the home Existing bib sits behind a stone fireplace and is inaccessible from the interior There is enough play in the pipe to pull the bib out and make new connections from the outside We will need a ring buster and vice grips to ensure the piping doesn’t slip back into the wall We will reattach with a new female ADT to prevent this issue in the future
Arrived at the location and spoke to the owner and explain everything to him and I snake the drain in the crawl space flush the toilet and told the tanet to do one rinse cycle to see If we hear any water flow when the toilet is flush it. Create gurgling or causing trap air to bubbles in the pipe if this continues doing this I recommend to call ACE Septic contrac contracting 703 257-7867. To get clean the septic tank the tanet has been at the house for 12 year the tank has not been clean job complete
Re-piped utility sink and installed new kitchen faucet. All plumbing is working as it should at this time
