Replace element in 10 gallon water heater Attempted to replace element on 10 gallon heater No existing drain valve on the unit, used threaded supply lines to slowly drain water from tank After tank was drained attempted to remove element, found the wooden shelf the tank currently sits on was bowing and cracking as I tried to unthread the element, without wanting to risk further damage to the shelf or piping above and below the tank I stopped attempting to remove Customer offered to assist in bracing the shelf while I tried to unthread element, we tried with no luck Technician believes the calcium buildup both within the tank and around the Element has sealed it Recommends to customer to replace the existing heater tank At the time of replacement we will add a new heater pan with an exterior drain, as well as a boiler drain on the cold inlet to drain this tank down in the future
Snaked kitchen sink appx 70 feet with k50 Snake drain with k50 Attempted to scan check but kept telling me amounts were different This is incorrect

Customer needed toilet augered again. Cleared the stoppage

Looked at NG water heater for any signs of an issue causing the pilot to go out, technician believes the strong winds last night may have blown down the vent and into the burner chamber Not a strong gust is required to blow out the small flame of the pilot, mentioned we could possibly change the vent cap on the roof to attempt to redirect the wind shear from the venting Spoke with Matt about the vent caps and options would be emailed over to Jon
Installation of new gas valve and thermopile. Existing gas valve has gone bad and unable to relight water heater. Spark button on gas valve is broken. Drained down water heater for the installation of a new gas control valve. Retested thermopile and thermopile checked out good. Was no need to replace. Discounted thermopile and 10% off. Refilled water heater and tested. Heater is currently working as should. Give about an hour for the heater to satisfy. If temperature is to high or to low, adjust temperature at control valve.
Inspected water heater inside Deli of gas station. Found gas control valve inoperable and unable to relight the piolet for the heater. Will order the new control valve and ignitor/ thermopile. And check around to see if other suppliers have these items in stock. As of now we will schedule for replacement for Monday October 14th
Took pictures and information going to send two separate estimates
Removed old 80 gallon water heater that was leaking from multiple places. Installed new 50 gallon electric with display on the front. Tested and checked for leaks and operation and it is warming up now. Customer satisfied with work
Customers electric 80 gallon water heater is leaking left estimates to replace. The switch and tank were also underwater left estimates for that aswell
Excavation and backfill to rough grade for the installation of a new water service from well house to basement cellar. We will have 2 penetrations which we will sleeve new piping and seal to prevent water from coming into either building. Miss utility line marking shall be done before and Excavation can take place. We are not responsible for ground settling further once work is finish. We will possibly need to remove some concrete walkway front of well house not responsible to replace

Customer wasn't there but the remodel worker let me in. The tail of the waste and over flow to the tub had popped down and the strap broke. Put a strap on and set a 2x4 under so it wouldn't happen again. Waived dispatch
