Hydro jet one main clean out and also one floor drain line is open and clean job is complete
Met with Bruce and went over scope of work. He will be emailing me a layout of what is needed for estimate. Scope: installation of new gas line for 24 new gas units. Each unit is 360,000BTU’s. Total length is about 860 feet. They will have a welder scheduled to give us a connection point off the existing 8 inch steel gas line. They have already sized the system but Bruce would like us to size it just to be safe. Will get with Chad on Monday to work up an estimate.
Snake from the toilet in the first floor and customer took out the toilet and put 150 ft with the K60 snake machine and run water from the tub and still back up when out side the house and dig behind the house and found a cover in the pipe and took it out and hole so I snake it from there and did go 5 cable and that is 75 ft from the hose owner saw everything and he is gonna take care the pipe on his own job is complete

Arrived at the location and hydro jet one clean on the right side and the pipe is broken at the clean out took out alot of cravel and also hydro inside the pit on the left side of the building and I can only go 75 ft and can't pull any more
Cleared main line blockage with k60 sewer machine. Existing 4” cast iron line has been breached with roots from the bushes on each side of the line. Main line is operating as it should at this time with no issues, but needs to be replaced or repaired asap. Homeowner said he will take care of all the repairs that need to be performed on the existing line. Homeowner is aware that Vern’s plumbing DOES NOT warranty any sewer blockages. Sent copy of todays invoice to homeowners email.

Arrived at the location and spoke to Bruce and hydro jet one main clean out and put 420 ft and also try to camera the line and only can go 45ft going to send another qoute to comeback and hydro jet from the water tank going to the building explain everything to Bruce we got the drain open and it working properly For now
Repaired 2 break in 3/4 main water line going to the home. The first was located 20ft from the well casing and the 2nd was located underneath the HVAC unit. All plumbing is working as it should at this time with no leaks. Sent copy of todays invoice to Donnie’s email
Main water line for the home has a MAJOR leak. Pressure tank in home won’t even satisfy because it’s losing so much water. Pressure gauge in the tank will not go above 15 psi. Will return on 11/30/23 to repair main water line located 3ft in the ground, existing water line 3/4 black poly. Sent copy of todays invoice/estimate to Donnie’s email
Snaked out 4” sewer line from existing clean out located in the crawl space, main line draining as it should at this time. Septic tank is having issues draining between the tank and the distribution box, homeowner said he had this same issue about a year ago and it was the 4” line going to the distribution box that was clogged. Homeowner needs to contact a septic company to get that issue resolved. Sent copy of todays invoice to homeowners email
