Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 system. Turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Removed condenser top and clear debris. Chemically Cleaned outside coils and cleared drain holes, measured pressures for R407c at 47/101psi with 1.4 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 48 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 21 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and condensate line. Changed 213 media filter provided by Climate Plus. System running as it should.
