Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for 410a at 116/265 psi with 4 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 78 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 13 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. Homeowner said the filter was good. Performed efficiency test utilizing MeasureQuick. System running as it should.

Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment: performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. System working as it should.
