Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Homeowner will changed filter in ceiling. No longer using 213 filter media. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit removed debris and VMware’s drainage holes. measured pressures for 410a at 111/206psi with 10degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 60 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 18.5 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and cleared condensate line. System running as it should.
