Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Gas Fired Furnace. Checked the High Efficiency Air Filter. Filter is dirty and should be replaced. Spoke with Homeowner about Filter. He is going to order replacements and change. Serviced and tested Humidifier. Humidistat Control is set to 35% and both Dampers are open. Performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace while measuring Gas Pressure and Supply/Return Air Temperatures. Some rust noted on Heat Exchanger Walls but overall still in good condition. Furnace is very clean and is operating to standards.
