Service call that the Heat was not operating for the First Floor System. Upon arrival, spoke with the Homeowner about issue. Thermostat was set to 70 Degrees Heat and the Indoor Temperature on the First Floor was 60 Degrees. Proceeded to the Furnace and found the Blower Motor running, but the Heat was not on. Checked Control Board for fault codes, which none were present. Cycled Furnace to test Operation. Monitored Furnace for over 15 minutes to test Temperature Rise and check overall performance. Reviewed Dipswitch Settings on Furnace to ensure it was programmed correctly. Removed Wiring at Thermostat and restripped wires, making new connections. Tested Combustion Levels and Measured Gas Pressure while Furnace was operating in High Stage Heat (Combustion was measured with System in Low Stage Heat during Tune Up). Reviewed settings and thresholds on Thermostat. System is operating with no issues at this time.
