Performed 6 month inspection on mini split system for the basement, and performed 2 precision a/c tune ups on 2 amana a/c systems. Cleaned washable filters on mini split system, replaced 2 Aprilaire 413 air filters on 1st and 2nd floor a/c systems. Blew out all condensation drains. Checked temperature split on all a/c systems. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Systems are working fine at time of inspection.
