Performed precision peco heat pump tune up on Goodman heat pump system. 12x20x1 air filter is clean. Heat pump is 24,000 btu’s. Checked all electrical conections and components. Recommend installing an ez trap for condensation drain protection. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Tested emergency heat. Gave customer an estimate to move the thermostat over to the knee wall and install an Ecobee. Also checked over the garage area to price out a ductless mini split install. Heat pump system is working fine at time of service.
