Performed Precision Air Conditioning Tune Up on the First Floor System and Second Floor System. Replaced both Air Filters. Cleaned Drain Lines and the Condensation Pump for the First Floor System. While testing Electrical Components, found the Dual Capacitors on both Outdoor Units were Testing within range, but were very rusted. The Capacitor for the Second Floor System also had oil on top. Replaced both 30/5 Mfd Dual Capacitors and tested Operation. Measured Refrigerant Charge on both Systems. For the Second Floor system, recommend installation of an EZ Trap and Wet Switch. Please see attached estimate. Visually inspected Hot Water Heater. Water Heater was installed in 4/2008. Due to age, recommend begin planning for replacement before and issues arise.
