Service call that the Heater for the Back Office Area was not working. Arrived onsite and spoke with Shaun about issue. Turned System on from the Thermostat to test Operation. Found system was not lighting. Removed the Flame Sensor and Spark Ignitor and Cleaned of Corrosion. Turned System back on and Unit lit and began operating. Cycled the Unit multiple times to ensure proper operation. While cycling the system it failed to relight. Checked Gas Valve to ensure proper operation. Measured Voltage at the Gas Valave which was receiving the proper Voltage for the Pilot but no flame was present. Removed Pilot Tubing and attempted to clear the Tubing. Turned the System on with the Pilot Tubing removed from the Gas Valve to ensure that the Valve was opening and Gas was present. Reconnected the Pilot Tubing to the Gas Valve and tested System. The Ignitor is sparking and the Gas Valve is opening but no Gas is flowing through the Pilot Assembly to light. Recommend replacing the Pilot Assembly du
