Service call that the AC for the Back Office was not Cooling. Upon arrival, spoke with Shaun about issue. Found Blower Fan was running but the Compressor and Outdoor Fan were not running. The Control Board was not displaying any fault codes. Tested system and found the Compressor and Fan were not receiving the correct voltage. Traced voltage back to the 3 Phase Contactor. One of the legs of the Contactor was not passing the correct voltage. Found Ants had gotten into the Contact Pads of the Contactor and caused this Contactor to fail as well. The Contactor that was replaced previously for similar issue was for the Blower Motor Fan. This 3 Phase Contactor operates the Compressor and the Outdoor Fan Motor. Removed failed Contactor and installed a new 3 Pole 24V Coil Contactor. Made all wiring connections. Put system back in operation to test. Tested system and components and completed AC Checklist Form. Sprayed bug spray around the outdoor Unit to kill the Ants. Spoke with Shaun about
