Service call that the Heat for the Back office area was not working. Upon arrival put system in heating mode to test operation. Proceeded to the unit outside to troubleshoot. Found Inducer Motor coming on and Spark Ignitor running but no flame was present. Removed Pilot tubing from gas valve and gas was present. Blew through the Pilot tubing to clear the blockage in the line. Reassembled Pilot tubing and put system back in operation. System fired up immediately with no issue. Turned system off and cleaned Flame Sensor and Spark Assembly. Cycled system several times to ensure it was firing properly. Performed Combustion Test on unit. Checked filters which are getting dirty and will need to be replaced when we return for the maintenance visit on Monday 11/23.
