Performed oil heat tune up, furnace is from, 1999, cleaned heat exchanger and flue pipe, check all electrical connections low and high voltage ok, replaced oil filter and nozzle, noticed furnace was running but it was flame was not within specifications, after cleaning performed smoke and combustion test, some parts are wearing out, would recommend replacing burner pump, primary control sometimes cuts out, will have to be modified since it’s very hard to get that part emailed proposal to do repairs would recommend upgrading oil furnace for safety purposes, some parts heat exchanger are Heavily covered with a lot of rust the overall integrity of heat exchanger is in poor condition
