Service call that there was water leaking from the Dehumidifer. Arrived onsite and spoke with the Homeowner about issue. Was informed that Water was in front of the Furnace on the Concrete Floor but not in the Auxilary Pan that is below the Dehumidifier. Tested operation of Dehumidifier. Checked Condensation Pump and poured Water into Pump multiple times to test Operation. Tested operation of Humidifier and poured Water Through the Drain Pipe to ensure it was draining properly. Checked Dehumidifier for proper pitch. Unit is pitch slightly towards the Drain. Inspected Duct Work to ensure there was no water from Humidifier leaking into the Duct Work. Inspected Piping around Furnace and above Furnace and found no signs of leaking. Furnace is an 80% Furnace and the Drain !ine for the Humdifier is clear. Discharge Tubing on the Condensation Pump is draining properly into the Wash Sink. If the Dehumidifier was leaking then the Auxilary Pan underneath of it should be homding water. Please mon
