Service call and Quality Assurance for new system installation. Water was in the Auxiliary Drain Pan and caused the Wet Switch to Shut the System down. Found the Condensation Drain Pipe was piped into the Secondary Drain Line. This was causing the water to overflow and leak out the Primary Drain Plug. Repiped the EZ Trap and Drain Line to the Primary Drain. Poured water through the Trap to test. Reset Wet Switch and placed on paper towel in pan. Completed Quality Assurance and reviewed installation and water leak with homeowner. Completed Checklist Form in System. Corrected any issues that were found.
