Steam humidifier was working when we arrived, cycled the humidifier and tested operation. Checked what the solid red light on fill meant and checked the corresponding components. Water was on, electrodes and fill sensor were plugged in, went into attic and found the hose had a slight s shaped curve to it that when moved drained water back to the humidifier. Attached strapping to steam feed hose in attic to keep it from bottoming out and so that the condensate can drain back to the canister for correct operation. System was working correctly at this time.
