Heat Tune Up for 5 Ton Carrier Heat pump system (basement). Washable filter ok. Measured static pressure and temperature rise. Checked defrost operation and electric heat amp draw. Cleaned EZ Trap. Checked all controls, electric motors and components. Heat Tune Up for 2.5 Ton Heat Pump System. Replaced 20x20x1 filter. Measured temp rise, static pressure. Checked refrigerant pressures/data. Defrost operation/electric heat ok. Checked all controls, wiring, electric motors and components. Both systems are operating well at the time of this maintenance.
