Customer has three units two for first floor and one for second floor, fist floor is dived left and right units, right side unit is the one not working found system running upon arrival, check indoor unit and found unit iced up, unit is from 2003 went over options with customer and recommended the best option is to replaced system, system is running low on r22 and unit has a leak, customer choose to add refrigerant and defrost coil, added 3 lbs of r22 check super heat and sub cooling Levels ok supply air 63 return air 80, 260/80 with 18 sub cooling and 22 super heat, customer is aware that refrigerant can leak at any time can be days, weeks or months there is no guarantee how long refrigerant will last
