Performed precision a/c and heat tune up on trane a/c and gas furnace. Also performed water heater inspection on 50 gallon natural gas Bradford white water heater. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked temperature split at indoor unit. Blew out condensate drain and tested condensation pump with water. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures at indoor and outdoor units. Performed combustion test on trane gas furnace. Blew out drain and pressure switch tubing. Cleaned flame sensor. Checked gas pressure. System is working fine at time of inspection.
