Found 50 gallon natural gas powervented water heater leaking from the bottom of the tank. Recommend replacing water heater. Provided estimate to replace. Also will replace st5 expansion tank over at water main. Got shut off valve to turn but is not very good showed homeowner this. Found Bradford white 50 gallon natural gas water heater leaking water. Will replace water heater with new 50 gallon powervented natural gas water heater with drain pan and water alarm. Will adapt to 3/4†pex piping, and replace st5 expansion tank. 2 year full labor guarantee and 6 years on tank. 6/14/21. Installed new 50 gallon natural gas powervented water heater. Adapted to gas and water piping. Checked for leaks, no leaks found. Water heater sits in drain pan with water alarm. Installed new st5 expansion tank. Water heater is working fine at time of install.
