Plan member AC Maintenance; 4 Ton Amana AC system. Replaced Aprilaire 413 Filter. Measured temperature split. Measured static pressure. Checked condition of both indoor and outdoor coil: Good Checked wiring, controls, electric motors and components. Checked drain and tested condensate pump. Checked refrigerant pressures and diagnostics. Air conditioner is operating well at the time of this maintenance.
