Inspected for signs of smell in area. Found smell in main living area. Found excessive bacterial growth in basement area. Found bacterial growth and water leak in living room area. Windows were open in basement and humidity reading 65%. Found stagnant water sump pump area. Inspected heating and cooling system, removed covers and inspected coil and blower components. Smell on main floor is consistent with wet laundry. Recommend having mold condition assessed immediately.
