Performed PECO Heat Pump Tune Up on system. Inspected Indoor and Outdoor Coils. Coils were clean and free of dirt and debris buildup. Replaced the 16x20x1 Air Filter. Inspected Blower Motor Assembly. Motor is encased and no lubrication was needed. Checked Refrigerant charge on system in Heating Mode. Refrigerant charge was lower than recommended levels when referenced with the Charging Chart. On previous visit had found system to be low on refrigerant. Recommended adding refrigerant to system to increase efficiency and to get to recommended levels. Also found Blower Motor Capacitor and Dual Capacitor were testing below rating. Recommend replacement of both Capacitors before failure or damage to the motors occurs. Forced system into defrost to ensure it was switching over properly. Tested electric heat kit and measured 43 Amps on Heat Kit. Spoke with homeowner about recommendations. An estimate for these repairs was already in the system from previous visit. Homeowner is going to wait
